• The WBF Online Awards will take place from 14^th - 16^th November 2025. 
  • 14^th November: Category Facepainting
  • 15^th November: Category Brush/Sponge Bodypainting
  • 16^th November: Category Airbrush Bodypainting
• There is no fixed starting time! You start working in YOUR TIME ZONE on a specific day of your category. It is up to you when exactly you start, but you must complete the artwork within the given time.
• The submission of all relevant documents (artist and model agreements, a short description of your work and all photos - see below) is only possible via the WBF upload tool.
• The winners will be announced at the online streaming on the 21st of November.

WHAT MONEY SHOULD BUY

• Registration is only possible online.
• It is possible to participate in all categories.
• The fee for the online competition is € 30 per category.
• Deadline for registering: November 1st 2025
  ATTENTION: Please do not make any transfers WITHOUT a previous confirmation letter with your artist ID.
• If you decide to cancel your registration, please write us on short notice.

Artists from all around the world are working on specific days from home BUT there are also artists that prefer to work in small groups and gather at a studio, a creative space indoor or outdoor. These spots are the so-called “WBF Creative Hotspots” which we especially feature during our broadcast Show when announcing the results.

If you are interested in hosting a WBF Creative Hotspot and gather artists for the Online Awards, write to us, we are happy to include many more. Let’s highlight the world with the art of bodypainting!
