The Hands-on Workshops take place from Tuesday 17th to Wednesday 19th of september 2024 every day from 10:00 am to approximately 5:00 pm (incl. 1 hour lunch break). Please be aware that the workshops may go over a bit. Please check the exact times in the detailed class description and the Emails for participants, as instructors may change times. Please be on site 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time!

We try to allocate all venues in walking distance of the Messearena in the inner city of Klagenfurt. In order to arrive to your workshop on time, please check the location map and rooms (available from July on) Some classes will be held as outdoor classes, and meeting points for those classes will be communicated through email.

All Workshops can only be booked and paid through our Online Shop. Also all workshop descriptions and details are available on this website. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email via the online shop. Your invoice is considered your official booking confirmation. All Workshop participants will get Emails with further detailed inofrmations on their classes at least 2 month prior the event. (Please also check your Spam!)

We try to keep the costs for all Workshops affordable for everybody. The costs of the workshops will vary due to room fees, teacher costs etc.

On top of the Workshops fees (you book & pay in the Online Shop) it is possible that addidional Material costs will be charged directly by the Workshop teacher on site. (App. maximum amount of material costs will be shown in the description, final amount will be communicated in the detailed Email you get 2 month prior the course)

If the minimum number of participants is not reached or the class has to be cancelled, you will get the full payment refunded or can rebook without additional costs.

Every Workshop has a strict limited number of participants (to ensure quality). We try to update the availabilities immediately but please be aware that there can maybe some interference, especially on Weekends. This is a first come – first serve policy.

To maximise outcome of the classes we have created a requirement A-C list below. We ask that you review beforehand if your skills fit into the single classes. In the detailed descriptions you will find the levels of the single classes:

A1: Beginner without or with little previous knowledge
A2: beginner with some previous knowledge
B1: Intermediates with some practical skills
B2: Intermediates with good practical skills
C1/2: Advanced

Drinks (water and juice), as well as fruits and some cracker will be provided throughout the day.

There will be a lunchbreak of 1 hour (Workshop teacher will decide the exact timing). You can bring your own lunch or go to the sourrounding restaurants / supermarkets. 

Colors, Brushes & equipment
Participants are asked to bring their own Colours and brush sets, as well as their own cleaning tools etc. they need for working on their models. Depending on the topic and the sponsor of the workshop specific (special) colors are provided. (For beginner we can borrow brush kits)

Materials

In each workshop description you find a Material list, what you need to bring, or if there are material costs needed (on top of the Workshops fees). Costs will be charged directly by the Workshop teacher on site. 
Final material list / costs will be communicated in the Infomail 2 month prior the workshop.

If you have any problems in bringing / organising the requested equipment / materials, please contact us well in advance and we will find a solution together. 

IMPORTANT!! In most classes participants will need their own models. It is up to the participants to find their models (Perhaps you try on our Facebook model page). Due to organizational reasons it is not possible for us to provide models!! (time and model needs can be found in the detailed description).

We can organize private classes with our instructors for colleges; make up schools or other groups.
